Manufacturer Warranty

Kyocera provides a 2-year warranty for printers*. This manufacturer’s warranty that is given to end-users generally operates on a Return to Base (RTB) policy for desktop and workgroup printers. On a fault diagnosis, the printer will be repaired quickly and reliably by an authorised Kyocera service partner or at a Kyocera Repair Center.

On-site Warranty

For larger devices, we generally offer an on-site warranty. In case of an on-site warranty service, a Kyocera technical support engineer will come to your office and carry out any repairs on site. In most locations this can be done by the next business day.

Special Drum and Developer (Long Life Components) Warranty

All Kyocera products use long-life components (which can include drum, developer or process unit) which are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase or until the long-life component’s design is reached, typically 100,000 to 600,000 pages, whichever comes first. The warranty operates on a Return to Base (RTB) policy.

Limitations of Warranty

The standard manufacturer's warranty outlined above only applies to products kept in mainland Britain, The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The support ceases once they are removed from the territory.

Maintenance Kits are not covered under warranty.
